Every customer. One platform.
With Citadel, MSPs and integrators manage every customer’s Atlas and Argos instances from one platform. Bring together installation status, operators and remote access while keeping each customer’s data and permissions separate.
Citadel: one central view. For every customer.
Internal IT teams manage their own instances; MSPs and integrators manage customer installations. Citadel coordinates access, Atlas delivers services and Argos governs networking. Management connections remain separate from ordinary site traffic.

Every customer in one management platform
Citadel gives the team a central view of customers and their Atlas and Argos installations. Assign each instance to the right organization, review system-reported status and identify installations needing attention. When a customer has multiple sites, keep them within the same management context, with explicit responsibilities and access.
One team, customer-specific permissions
Organize technicians into groups and assign the rights needed to view, approve or administer instances. Centralized management keeps customer scopes separate: working from the same platform does not mean sharing networks or access between customers. You can also delegate visibility and remote access to authorized instances to customer staff.
From the central view to remote work
Start with the customer and instance you need to work on, then open its Atlas or Argos console from Citadel through an authorized session. Work takes place in the product console over the management connection. Second-factor authentication, session expiry and permission checks help govern access; a remote grant provides appliance administration and must be assigned deliberately.
Priorities, traceability and shared procedures
Instance status, version comparisons and notifications help the team plan checks. The activity log makes recorded administrative and remote-access events available for review. Support this central view with shared onboarding, maintenance, revocation and recovery procedures, adapting them to individual customer needs.
Citadel coordinates. Atlas and Argos operate at customer sites.
Citadel is provided to partners and customers on a subscription basis. Partners use the service to coordinate connected instances; Atlas maintains business services and Argos governs networks at their respective sites. The Citadel connection supports remote management and does not replace local services. Contact EDON to discuss activation and terms for your organization.
